Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in healthcare?

We’re looking for a motivated and confident Sales Virtual Assistant to own the full sales cycle—from generating leads to closing deals—in the healthcare space. In this role, you’ll connect with healthcare providers, clinics, and other medical professionals through calls, CRM tools, and platforms like Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and HubSpot to introduce our services and drive conversions. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the full healthcare sales cycle—from outreach to close
  • Generate leads and build targeted prospect lists using CRMs and platforms such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn, Salesforce, and HubSpot
  • Conduct 150–200 outbound cold calls daily to leads and organizations to promote our services
  • Log all calls, leads, and activities accurately in the CRM for organized, up-to-date tracking
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups, turning interest into long-term clients


What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Healthcare sales experience is required—you’ve sold services or solutions to healthcare professionals, practices, or organizations
  • Strong track record in outbound sales, cold calling, or telemarketing
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach (150–200 calls per day)
  • Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
  • Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer


Technical Requirements:

  • Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
  • Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
  • Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with CRM Tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot
