We’re partnered with a growing fashion brand that’s looking for a talented and independent Fashion Designer to join their team remotely! If you’ve got an eye for trends, a creative flair, and the technical skills to bring clothing designs to life — all while collaborating with a team online — this might be the perfect fit!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design original clothing pieces based on seasonal collections, brand direction, and market trends
- Develop digital sketches, mood boards, and detailed tech packs for remote production teams
- Select and propose fabrics, trims, and color palettes using online sourcing tools or fabric libraries
- Communicate regularly with production, pattern makers, and sourcing teams via Zoom, Slack, or email
- Monitor current fashion trends and competitor collections to stay relevant and ahead of the curve
- Maintain organized digital design files and records throughout the entire design cycle
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bilingual Spanish candidates preferred)
- Proven experience in fashion design, especially in remote or independent settings
- A portfolio that shows your range: sketches, flats, mood boards, final garments (even if photographed)
- Proficiency in digital design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO3D
- Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making (basic knowledge is a plus), and fabrics
- Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
- Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
Technical Requirements:
- Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
- Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
- Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
- Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
