Qualifications:
- End-to-end process of Sales from lead generation to closing a sale
- Experience in lead generation and making 150-250 cold calls per day
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with prospects over the phone
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads using CRMs, Apollo.io, LinkedIn, Salesforce, HubSpot and any other CRMs
- Prospect, cold call, and generate leads to promote and sell our services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating target markets and achieving sales goals
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Follow up with leads and prospects promptly to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements to enhance lead-generation efforts
Requirements:
- Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor
- Highly motivated and organized
- Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High-quality noise-canceling headset
- High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet
- High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer
- A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
