We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join one of our clients. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong organizational skills and an understanding of campaign reporting. This position requires the ability to work closely with multiple teams to ensure campaigns are successfully executed, tracked, and optimized. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting the development, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns, working with both internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth running of each initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Reporting & Performance Tracking: Follow daily reporting procedures and monitor campaign performance. Analyze reports and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness, suggesting optimizations when necessary.
  • Landing Page Copywriting: Develop clear, compelling, and conversion-focused copy for new landing pages aligned with campaign goals.
  • Collaboration with Development Team: Work closely with the development team to ensure landing pages, forms, and other necessary elements are set up correctly for new campaigns.
  • Campaign Setup Coordination: Coordinate with the Lead Prosper team and other internal stakeholders to ensure all tracking, analytics, and technical elements are properly set up.
  • Tracking & Pixel Management: Work with the media team to ensure tracking pixels are implemented correctly and functioning across all relevant platforms.
  • Campaign Research & Information Gathering: Assist in research for new marketing campaigns, gathering the necessary information to launch successful initiatives.
  • General Marketing Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support for the marketing team as needed, assisting with campaign setup, performance analysis, and other tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Experience with tracking pixel setup and understanding of basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Comfortable with reporting and analytics tools, with an understanding of campaign performance metrics.
