We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing a mix of recurring tasks and ad-hoc projects. If you thrive in a role where precision matters and you enjoy keeping things on track, this is the job for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Email/SMS Marketing: Build and send emails and texts using the provided copy and designs. Check for errors or design tweaks to ensure emails and texts look polished and professional
- Social Media Posting: Post scheduled content to LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Double-check formatting, links, and visuals for accuracy before publishing. Stick to the content calendar and ensure everything goes out as planned
- Comment and Message Monitoring: Monitor comments and direct messages across all social media channels. Reply when necessary to maintain engagement and professionalism
- Blog Publishing: Take blog content written in Google Docs and add it to the website. Ensure proper formatting, internal linking, and correct header structures (H1, H2, etc.) for readability and SEO
- Design Tweaks: Use Figma to make small updates or adjustments to marketing assets when needed
- Website Updates: Make edits to website pages or create new ones using templates
- Data Entry: Handle various data-related tasks with attention to detail
- LoopNet Emails: Send monthly marketing emails for all WareSpace locations
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Be flexible and ready to jump on last-minute projects or shift priorities when needed, sometimes with same-day

Who You Are:
- You’re detail-oriented and take pride in delivering error-free work
- You have experience posting on social media platforms
- You have experience with Figma and know how to make designs look their best
- You’re familiar with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot
- You know how to follow schedules and stay on top of recurring tasks without needing reminders
- You’re adaptable and comfortable juggling changing priorities or unexpected projects
- You have experience monitoring and replying to social media comments and messages in a professional and timely manner
- You’re comfortable formatting and uploading content to websites, preferably with experience in WordPress, ensuring internal links, headers, and SEO best practices are in place
Requirements:
- Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor
- Highly motivated and organized
- Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High-quality noise-canceling headset
- High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet
- High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer
- A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
