Are you a creative marketer who lives and breathes social media? We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and take charge of our digital presence. If you're someone who understands how to grow a brand online, create engaging content, and execute smart marketing strategies, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and grow our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create and schedule content that reflects our brand and drives engagement
- Track performance metrics and optimize content based on data
- Support broader marketing campaigns including email, ads, and promotions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Understanding of SEO and email marketing platforms
- Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
- Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
Technical Requirements:
- Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
- Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
- Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
- Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
