  • Salary Range: 30,000-40,000 pesos per month plus benefits and annual bonus eligibility + HMO Benefits

1) Role Responsibilities: Amazon Sales & Marketing - Virtual Assistant

  • Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies. Find and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients. Conduct market research
  • Create effective Amazon listings
  • Marketing: Create and manage marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email). Develop promotional materials. Analyze campaign performance and make improvements. Ensure brand consistency
  • Data and Reporting: Analyze sales and marketing data. Prepare regular reports. Use data insights to refine strategies
  • Collaboration: Work with product development, customer service, and other teams. Coordinate with logistics to manage inventory and delivery

2) Role Responsibilities: Amazon Sales & Marketing - Virtual Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Advertising Specialist with expertise in Demand Side Platforms (DSP) to optimize our digital ad campaigns. This role focuses on driving traffic and increasing online conversions through effective DSP management.

  • DSP Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns using various DSPs
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor and adjust campaigns to improve performance and ROI
  • Targeting: Develop audience segmentation strategies for precise targeting
  • Analytics: Analyze campaign data and report on performance
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the advertising budget efficiently

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Experience with Amazon’s marketplace
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics

Requirements

  • Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor
  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • High-quality noise-canceling headset
  • High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet
  • High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer
  • A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
