Job Title: Healthcare Support Representative (Zendesk)

Job Overview: Seeking a Healthcare Support Representative with Zendesk experience to manage patient inquiries, provide excellent service, and document interactions efficiently. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and familiar with healthcare processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat using Zendesk
  • Document and resolve issues while maintaining accurate records
  • Assist with appointments, treatment plans, and healthcare services
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and report key metrics
  • Stay updated on healthcare regulations
  • Collaborate via Slack and other communication tools
  • Maintain Zendesk knowledge base and update chatbots
  • Escalate complex issues to managers or developers
  • Attend team syncs and All Hands meetings
  • Present CS Deck updates

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Healthcare customer service experience with Zendesk proficiency
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology and privacy regulations
  • Empathy and professionalism in patient interactions
  • Proficiency in Slack, Asana, Figma, and Google Docs

Preferred:

  • Healthcare setting experience
  • Familiarity with Zendesk communication channels
  • Flexibility with work hours
