- Salary Range: 30,000 - 40,000 pesos per month plus benefits + HMO Benefits
- Holidays and provide PTO leave credits after 90 days of employment (Probationary Period)
We are looking for a customer-focused Ticketing Support / CSR to manage and resolve customer inquiries via a ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through ticketing systems, email, or chat
- Prioritize and track tickets, ensuring timely resolutions and escalation when needed
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns
- Meet performance metrics for response and resolution times
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team
Requirements:
- Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor
- Highly motivated and organized
- Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High-quality noise-canceling headset
- High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet
- High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer
- A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
