We’re looking for an experienced and driven Healthcare Recruiter to help us find top-tier talent in the medical field — from nurses and doctors to administrative healthcare staff. You’ll play a key role in partnering with hiring managers, sourcing qualified candidates, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process with care and precision.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit
- Partner with healthcare managers to understand hiring needs and staffing priorities
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS and manage hiring pipelines
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, including certifications and background checks
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience recruiting in the healthcare industry and familiarity with clinical and non-clinical roles
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple openings
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, healthcare administration, or a related field is a plus
- Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
- Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
Technical Requirements:
- Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
- Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
- Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
- Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
