Director of Human Resource
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage wing-to-wing recruitment process for finding top talent within BPO space for various job categories (general VA, sales, accounting, operations, etc.)
- Train and supervise other team members in the recruitment and HR process
- Create all recruitment marketing materials, including copy and designs for job postings
- Establish and maintain a talent database of accepted, delayed, and rejected applicants
- Determine which tools or websites to utilize for each job posting (e.g. LinkedIn vs Indeed vs Facebook, etc.)
- Establish KPIs and other performance metrics to measure recruitment performance and areas for improvement
- Oversee all aspects of the human resources function
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years’ experience successfully recruiting, onboarding, and managing teams, preferably in the BPO space
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven history of results-driven success
- Deep connections and access to talented pools of VAs
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- College degree, preferably in a related field like HR
