Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage wing-to-wing recruitment process for finding top talent within BPO space for various job categories (general VA, sales, accounting, operations, etc.)
  • Train and supervise other team members in the recruitment and HR process
  • Create all recruitment marketing materials, including copy and designs for job postings
  • Establish and maintain a talent database of accepted, delayed, and rejected applicants
  • Determine which tools or websites to utilize for each job posting (e.g. LinkedIn vs Indeed vs Facebook, etc.)
  • Establish KPIs and other performance metrics to measure recruitment performance and areas for improvement
  • Oversee all aspects of the human resources function

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years’ experience successfully recruiting, onboarding, and managing teams, preferably in the BPO space
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven history of results-driven success
  • Deep connections and access to talented pools of VAs
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • College degree, preferably in a related field like HR
