WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS

  • Assist with the USA and international wholesale business.
  • Support and grow current in-house wholesale accounts.
  • Build trusting relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Enter orders through the ordering platform and ERP system.
  • Perform data entry and vendor portal setups (e.g., product setup in internal systems and on clients' websites).
  • Follow up with accounts to ensure receipt of orders.
  • Assist in presenting lines to buyers alongside the manager.
  • Analyze weekly sales and performance reports.
  • Provide stellar customer service to all clients, ensuring confidence in the brand.

PROSPECT & CLOSE

  • Identify new opportunities with top-tier businesses in our space.
  • Proactively prospect leads for new business.

CREATIVE GROWTH & COLLABORATION

  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and PR departments to optimize sales.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Conduct competitor analyses and market research to understand the market landscape.

Requirements:
- Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor
- Highly motivated and organized
- Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High-quality noise-canceling headset
- High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet
- High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer
- A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
