**Healthcare Recruiter Job Description**

A Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and medical staff. They work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.

- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit.

- Collaborate with healthcare managers to meet staffing requirements.

- Maintain candidate records in an ATS and manage the hiring process.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, including background checks and certifications.

- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred).

- Experience in healthcare recruiting and familiarity with healthcare roles.

- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.

Requirements:

- Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor

- Highly motivated and organized

- Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication

- Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- High-quality noise-canceling headset

- High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet

- High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer

- A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
