Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Direct to Consumer Support Specialist to facilitate communication between patients, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Place orders with pharmacies and ensure timely fulfillment

- Update patients on order statuses and provide exceptional customer service

- Resolve shipping issues with pharmacies promptly

- Coordinate screening appointments with healthcare providers

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and order statuses

- Collaborate with team members to improve patient satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with pharmacy operations or healthcare support is a plus

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in customer service or healthcare

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Requirements:

- Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor

- Highly motivated and organized

- Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication

- Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- High-quality noise-canceling headset

- High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet

- High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer

- A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
