  • Salary Range: 30,000-40,000 pesos per month plus benefits and annual bonus eligibility + HMO Benefits
  • We follow PH Holidays and provide PTO leave credits after 90 days of employment (Probationary Period)

Role Responsibilities: Executive Assistant and Sales Support

  • Schedule Management: Maintain the President's schedule, prioritize tasks, and optimize efficiency
  • Communication: Handle calls, manage inboxes, draft messages, and schedule communications
  • Sales Support: Research target market, manage leads, initiate contact, and assist in strategy development
  • Travel Coordination: Research options, make bookings, and draft itineraries for efficient travel
  • Meeting Coordination: Research attendees, prepare agendas, take minutes, and update to-do lists
  • Document Preparation: Assist in document creation, formatting, editing, and organization
  • Speaking Events Support: Research opportunities, organize content, and manage promotional requests
  • Referral Program Management: Track stakeholders, send appropriate messages, and manage corporate gifts
  • Relationship Building: Manage internal and external relationships, including meetings and events

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sales/Marketing preferred
  • Proven administrative support experience, preferably in a sales environment
  • Understanding of sales processes and lead-generation techniques
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketing Automation, and Google Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Resourceful, fast learner with a sense of urgency and humor

Requirements

  • Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor
  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Bachelors degree
  • Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • High-quality noise-canceling headset
  • High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet
  • High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer
  • A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
